About coursera.org Payment Method?
Coursera.org accepts a variety of payment methods. You can use credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and American Express (only for courses priced in $USD). Debit cards from Visa or Mastercard are also accepted. If you have a prepaid card from one of the above credit card brands, you can use it for one-time payments, but not for a Coursera subscription. PayPal is another payment method you can use on Coursera. In India, PayPal can only be used to pay for individual courses. If you're a learner in India, different payment methods are supported depending on the learning program. These include Unified Payments Interface (UPI), local credit or debit cards, Wallet, NetBanking, Equated Monthly Installments (EMI), and Google Play Billing (for in-app purchases using Android). Please note that all payments must be made through the account they will be used for with one of the approved payment methods. Payments can't be gifted or transferred across accounts. Coursera's Return Policy allows you to request a refund within two weeks of your original payment. You can check if you’re eligible for a refund under the Refund Deadline column in your My Purchases page. However, you won’t be eligible for a refund if two weeks (14 days) have passed since your original payment or if you have already earned a certificate (for course payments). To request a refund, you need to log in to Coursera.org, open your My Purchases page, find the course or Coursera Plus subscription you want a refund for, and under the Refund Deadline column, click Get Refund. If you don't see this option, the refund deadline has passed. It can take up to 7-10 business days for funds to return to your account after a requested refund. If it has been longer than 10 business days, you can contact Coursera for help.
As for the Shipping Policy, Coursera is primarily a digital platform offering online courses, and as such, does not typically involve physical shipping of goods. Therefore, a traditional shipping policy may not apply. However, Coursera does mention that some of their Services may be software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device. They also state that they may automatically update this software, and that their Terms of Use will apply to such updates.
